It is unavoidable that there are problems in the use of the oxygen concentrator. Some simple problems we can solving by myself, some problems need to contact the supplier and get help.

Method
1. Pay attention to the connection and safety of power supply.
2. If the first power light and the second O₂ normal light change green, the machine is working fine.
If the third O₂ low light change yellow, the oxygen purity is 72%~82%(±3%). Please check the flow meter, whether the adjustment is wrong. If the operation is normal, please contact the maintenance service.
If the four call service light change red, please contact the maintenance service for help.
If the display screen is come to E99, please check the filter and whether there is foreign body blockage.
If the display screen is come to show the Lo-o2, the oxygen purity is low to 72%(±3%) or the machine had cycle fault.
If the display screen is come to show the Lo-P, this is the phenomenon of low pressure. Please turn it off immediately and contact the maintenance service.
If the display screen is come to show the Lo-Po2, this is the phenomenon of low pressure and the machine had cycle fault. Please turn it off immediately and contact the maintenance service.
3. Follow the corresponding instructions above for the next steps, remember turn it off when finished.
